LG 65-inch UA7500 4K Smart TV

Model details

Additional useful information

Use this exact-model guide to set up LG 65UA7500ZUA, distinguish its UA75 UHD port and motion limits, connect eARC on HDMI 2, and check the 400 x 400 mm mount, supplied stand, remote, tuner and audio boundaries before ordering accessories.

65UA7500ZUA is the sixty-five-inch member of LG's 2025 U.S. UA75 range. It uses a 4K UHD direct-lit LCD with 3,840 x 2,160 resolution, Alpha 7 AI Processor 4K Gen8, and 60 Hz native panel; the reviewed specification does not list a 4K 120 Hz mode. LG lists HDR10 and HLG, plus FILMMAKER MODE; its audio table lists AC4, Dolby Digital AC3/EAC3, HE-AAC, AAC, MP2, MP3, PCM, WMA and apt-X codecs as listed by LG. The U.S. tuner is limited to ATSC 1.0 terrestrial and QAM cable, so antenna and cable guidance should not be expanded into a satellite or NEXTGEN TV claim. The ZUA suffix is part of the exact U.S. identity and must be retained when choosing support files, replacement stands, or remotes.

For tabletop setup, assemble only the stand parts shown for 65UA7500ZUA in its Quick Start Guide, place the cabinet on furniture that supports the complete footprint, and connect AC power after the stand or wall installation is secure. Source devices use three HDMI inputs supporting eARC and ALLM; no 4K 120 Hz input claim. A receiver or soundbar needing audio return belongs on HDMI 2, the labeled eARC port. Network setup can use Ethernet or Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1; complete webOS setup and software updates before diagnosing app behavior.

Troubleshooting starts with the connection path: if a source has no picture, verify the selected input, source output format, and cable class before changing global settings. For missing return audio, check HDMI 2, SIMPLINK/CEC, eARC mode, and the audio device's own supported formats. Restart and update the TV before using Reset to Initial Settings, because a factory reset removes accounts, apps, network settings, and personal configuration. The 400 x 400 mm figure describes hole spacing only. Mount load, wall construction, ventilation, screw type and engagement depth remain controlled by LG's exact owner manual and the mount maker's instructions. LG identifies the included controller only as a standard remote, so a replacement needs exact-model evidence rather than an assumed Magic Remote code.
